The 3IET pdb entry holds the crystal strucure of an antibody recognizing a unique tumor-specific glycopeptide antigen. The following example demonstrates the identification of its Antigen Bidning Regions (ABRs) from both its the sequence and 3D structure. Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show the results of running Paratome on the sequence and structure of the 3IET antibody. For further details regarding results interpretation, please see the tutorial.
NOTE: to run the demo (sequence or structure), press Paratome, confirm the prompted message and wait a few seconds till data upload ends and processing begins.

Example files: 3iet.fasta, 3iet.pdb.
