This is an automated tool for the identification of Antigen Binding Regions (ABRs) in antibodies. It accepts as an input the sequences or 3D structures (in PDB format) of antibodies.  

The tool analyzes up to 100MB per run    ( * NOTE: accepted compressed files extensions are: .gz | .zip | .tgz | .tar.gz )
 Sequence
 Input sequences must be in fasta format. Uploaded files should have a .fasta or a compressed file extension (see *)

 Structure
 PDB IDs must be seperated with a space. Use a colon to specify a specific chain within a PDB ID in the list.

 Uploaded files should have a .pdb or a compressed file extension (see *).
